Our Mission
Welcome to Rainbow Connections, the RainCo x LGBTQ+ Faculty and Staff Association Mentorship Program!
This new initiative aims to connect LGBTQ+ students with supportive on-campus role models who can provide guidance, encouragement, and inspiration. Though we strive to honor individual preferences and shared experiences whenever possible, our priority is to create meaningful connections that foster growth and belonging.

Downtown Phoenix Information Session
On September 4th, join us for our first information session for mentors and mentees hosted on the downtown campus from 5pm-6pm.

We are hosting our second information session for our future mentors and mentees on the Tempe campus. Join us on Setember 11th from 12pm-1pm.
